Deliveries of orders made by SHOP are free of charge for Bulgaria. Deliveries are carried out exclusively by the courier company Speedy and can be made either to the recipient’s address or to a Speedy office, depending on the customer’s preference. The usual delivery timeframe is between 1 and 2 business days. For deliveries within the EU outside Bulgaria, please contact us to receive a shipping quotation. If a provided delivery address or delivery time cannot be fulfilled by Speedy courier services, the STORE will contact you to arrange an alternative address or delivery time. If this is not possible, the STORE reserves the right to cancel the order.
