VINEYARDS on the slopes of Pirin mountain near the village of Ilindentsi
VINIFICATION Fermentation in a new 30hl oak vat for 21. The wine is barrel aged in a 225 liters french barrel for 3 years. It is aged in two state-of-art barrels – X-Blend by Radoux, so the the lot is 450 liters or 590 bottles. It is bottled in December 2018.
