VINEYARDS Grapes from a small vineyard in Kamen village, Strazhitsa region, using medium-high trellis training with spur pruning. The deep clay-sandy soil and cooler climate contribute to producing grapes with exceptional concentration.
VINIFICATION Strict selection of bunches and berries before destemming and crushing. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats for about 14-15 days. Aging is done in barrels of French, American, and Bulgarian oak for 18 months.
