Wine from our own vineyards with the old traditional Gamza variety.
Traditionally fermented in an open vat followed by barrel ageing for 14 months.
The wine is not filtered. The color is pale but shiny ruby-red. The aroma is dominated by notes of ripe blackberry, red currant, tobacco leaf, vanilla, blueberry and cocoa. The palate is harmonious, with a light to medium body.
It has a pleasant freshness and a serious depth. The finish is juicy enhancing hints of blueberry and blackberry. Serve at 16 – 18 C
