- Tasting Notes: Aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The wine is garnet red with dominant aromas of forest fruits such as blackberry, blueberry, red bell pepper, dried plum, chocolate, and black pepper. The palate is full and harmonious with a juicy and elegant body and velvety tannins. The finish is attractive, with lingering notes of pepper, blackberries, and chocolate.

- Tasting Notes: Produced by pressing whole grapes followed by fermentation and extended aging in barrels. The aroma is complex, featuring notes of citrus, pear, baked cookie, and nuts. The taste is full and rounded with harmonious freshness, rich in butter, quince, and pear. The finish is juicy, leaving an impression of lemon tart.

- Method: Crafted using the ancient Ancestral method from 1531, where effervescence is due to natural grape sugars. Fermentation is halted by cooling, and then the wine is bottled for secondary fermentation without added sulfites or other additives. The wine is disgorged by hand without “dosage.”
