Rose with a delicate peach-pink color. The aroma is intense with hints of grapefruit, pomegranate, blackcurrant, candied apple, as well as nuances of pepper and dried mint. The taste is fresh and dense with a medium body, and the finish is lined with a pleasant and fresh sweetness and a memory of strawberry tart.
COMBINATION WITH FOOD It goes well with meatless appetizers, salads with dressing, roasted fish (trout, salmon, phagri, bream…), risotto with seafood or vegetables, spring rolls. Also with some desserts: fruit tart, strudel, small cakes or fruit.
