VINEYARDS Selection of two patches – one in the region of Brestovitsa (Plovdiv) and from the village of Tserova koriya (Veliko Tarnovo).
VINIFICATION Strict grain selection and maceration for 18-20 days in small pots with hand-dipping the hat. The wine is drained directly into barrels (new, French oak and used, Bulgarian oak). Maturing in a barrel is 12 months, with stabilization and cleansing being done naturally without brighteners and filtration. The wine is coupled and bottled in October 2012. The batch is 325 liters or 464 bottles.
ADVANTAGES: The wine is aged in a bottle in a lying condition at a temperature of 10-15 ° C for 5 years. Possible noble sludge. Therefore, as well as to maximize the aromatic potential, we strongly recommend to decant the wine before consumption.
COLOR Saturated ruby-red with tile shades.
NOSE Developed bouquet of blueberries, eucalyptus, leather, tobacco, black chocolate.
TASTE Elegant and dynamic. The body is flexible with suede tannins and delicate freshness. Long finish with highlights of iodine, leather and black fruit.
