VINEYARDS on the slopes of Pirin mountain near the village of Ilindentsi
VINIFICATION Fermentation in a new 30hl oak vat for 21. The wine is barrel aged in a 225 liters french barrel for 3 years. It is aged in two state-of-art barrels – X-Blend by Radoux, so the the lot is 450 liters or 590 bottles. It is bottled in December 2018.
CONSUMPTION:The wine matured in a bottle and it is possible to have a noble sludge. In order to maximize the aromatic potential, we strongly recommend to decant the wine before consumption. The wine has a good potential for further bottle aging.
COLOR Saturated garnet-red
NOSE Developed bouquet of blueberries, raspberry, black chocolate, eucalyptus, leather, tobacco.
TASTE Mighty and dynamic. The body is flexible with suede tannins and delicate freshness. Long finish with highlights of iodine, leather and black fruit.
